Anger Erupts at Hungarian Border

Hungarian authorities use tear gas and water cannon as anger breaks out at Serbian border.

Hungary has attracted strong condemnation from UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon over the treatment of migrants at its border. After erecting a razor wire fence along the frontier with Serbia earlier this week, Hungarian authorities met those arriving at a crossing point with tear gas and water cannon on Wednesday. Groups of young men hurled rocks at the security forces and demanded that the border be opened. We hear from Jason Parkinson, a video reporter on the ground in Hungary.

Overfishing has led to the disappearance of half the world's fish and other marine life since 1970, according to a new report published by the World Wildlife Fund. It warns that there could be disastrous consequences for people living in the poorest parts of the world who depend on fish for food and jobs. Dr Louise Heaps, chief advisor on marine policy at the WWF takes us through the reports findings.

The world's largest beer brewer, Anheuser-Busch InBev, has made a takeover bid for the world's second largest, SABMiller. AB InBev, which owns Budweiser, Stella Artois and many other beers worldwide, currently makes around a fifth of all beers on the planet. A deal with London-based SABMiller would see it brew a third of the world's beers. With such a huge potential market share, there is strong opposition from rivals. We speak to Jaime Dietenhofer from the Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company in California.

The second Republican Party Presidential debate gets underway in the US, and Colorado reveals it has raised so much tax selling cannabis that it does not know what to do with it.
