There's a glorious picture in the paper today of Harper Beckham confidently walking alongside her world-famous dad. But the four year-old has a dummy in her mouth. The NHS suggests stopping children from using them when they've had their first birthday, to prevent risk of damage to teeth and their ability to speak. Some have criticised the move - others have said she may need it to comfort her in the extremely stressful situations this child-in-the-limelight may find herself in.
