Seaside Safety Warning On Anniversary Of Kettering Boy's Death

4-year old Dylan Cecil from Kettering drowned at the seaside 3 years ago today. Throughout the Summer, the RNLI is running a seaside water safety campaign.

It's the third anniversary of the death of 4-year old Dylan Cecil from Kettering at the Somerset seaside resort of Burnham-on-Sea.Throughout the summer, the RNLI is running a "Respect The Water" seaside safety campaign. Dylan's Mum, Rachel McCollum talks to Breakfast Show presenter Stuart Linnell.
