Now the trainees are trainees no more and are fully fledged assistant producers and researchers working across the 麻豆社 in radio, TV and online. We talk to Amanda Litherland, Harry Pick, Emily Spooner and Melanie Brown to find out what they've been up to, where they are now, what they have learnt.
