What happens to refugees who apply for asylum in the UK and are turned down? Some appeal, some are forcibly removed. Others, who are expected to return home voluntarily, drop below the radar of the immigration system and eke out a life in Britain. Damian Zane has met some of them. The migrants did not want to be identified so we have given them pseudonyms . Here is Ahmed's story- he spends the hours of darkness riding London's night buses
