Donegal: Irish speakers join up
Tony Devlin, writer and actor, explores the story of Irish language speakers in World War One.
Many men in Donegal were driven to join the army by poverty and lack of employment. They were also tempted by the prospect of adventure - believing that the war would be over in a short time.
