Yvette Cooper: Security services' 'hands tied'
The Shadow Home Secretary says the security services' hands have been tied by the Government when attempting to prevent terror suspects operating in the UK.
Yvette Cooper said the Coalition's powers on security are too weak.
She told the Andrew Marr show on 麻豆社 One that a Labour government would bring back the relocation powers, which allow police to remove terrorism suspects to another part of the country:
