Phil hears about the plans to refurbish Pettits in Wallingford which will see the independent department store reduced in size, elderly carers tell us their concerns over the County Council's plans to cut 拢6.6 million from the budget that pays for learning disability care, and Lilley Mitchell has been to the Dragon School鈥檚 Philomusica event which sees them joining up with the Blackbird Academy Trust to give primary school children the chance to play in an orchestra.
