Greek vote threatens Euro exit
The Greek parliament has triggered a general election which the radical left-wing Syriza is expected to win. It opposes austerity and could lead Greece out of the euro.
Greece has taken a step closer to leaving the Euro with parliament triggering a general election which could bring the radical leftist Syriza party to power. Syriza opposes the terms of the international bail-out which rescued the Greek economy, and some of its members are prepared to quit the Euro and the EU.
