The US Congress grills Wall Street banks for exposing themselves to "catastrophic risks" and a Russian internet site streams webcam pictures hacked from private video feeds.

The US Congress questions Wall Street banks over exposing themselves to "catastrophic risks". According to an influential Congress committee, Goldman Sachs and other banks have been exploiting commodity markets to manipulate prices and boost their profits.

Also on the programme, it has emerged that a Russian-based website is showing images taken from CCTV cameras, stand-alone webcams and even baby monitors installed in tens of thousands of households and businesses, in more than 100 countries worldwide. The United States appears to be the source of most of the images. The website claims to have footage from more than 4,500 cameras in the US alone.
