The villagers in Leicestershire who are STILL counting the costs of the floods in 2012
Homes in one part of Leicestershire are to get extra protection from flooding thanks to a special grant from the government. The village of Sharnford - near Lutterworth - was left devastated in 2012, after the nearby River Soar broke its banks. New measures include installing flood doors, air brick covers, and new tanking and pumps. But do people living in Sharnford think it'll be enough to stop it happening again?
