It may not get the top billing of Rome or the high profile of Turin or Milan but the Derby Della Lanterna, or derby of the lighthouse, had fans of Genoa and Sampdoria on the edge of their seats on Sunday, with 2006 World Cup winning coach Marcello Lippi calling the fixture the most special derby in Italy.

Former Sampdoria and Italy striker Gianluca Vialli has been telling Sportsworld's Steve Crossman why this fixture is a good advert for Italian football.
