The Guildhall in Frankwell will be the centre of learning for the new Shrewsbury University next year. Staff currently working there will be moved to the Tannery near Rowleys house, which is being earmarked for customer services, and to Jupiter House on Shrewsbury Business Park. Also what's worse? Being told "your call is important to us", or listening to awful music while on hold? Automated phone systems and recorded music have been rated as major irritations when calling customer services.
