Found out why yesterday's Mela was a success despite the weather
Hundreds of people turned out, despite the rain, to celebrate the Leicester Mela at the weekend. People from across the city and further afield enjoyed live music, fresh food, and other entertainment at the annual event in the city centre. And the rain didn't deter the crowds from turning out.
