Marcel Kittel wins Tour de France Stage 4 - Le Touquet to Lille
German Marcel Kittel continued his Tour de France domination in a sprint finish of the fourth stage from Le Touquet to Lille.
Norwegian Alexander Kristoff and Frenchman Arnaud Demare Kittel battled hard in the final kilometre to finish second and third respectively.
Defending champion Chris Froome fell early, suffering a wrist injury and had to wear a splint for the rest of the race, but recovered to finish among the peloton.
