Is Africa ready for its oil and gas boom? The continent already produces about a 10th of the world's oil and gas and that share is set to rise, as new finds from Sierra Leone in the West, to Kenya and Uganda in the East, come onstream. But what impact will all this have on the continent - and will it be enough to meet the energy needs of a fast growing population? In the Balance has a panel of experts from across Africa to answer those questions.
