Boothroyd on Miller: Cameron made "error of judgement"
Baroness Betty Boothroyd, the former House of Commons speaker tells 5 live Breakfast that "radical" changes need to be made to prevent MP's from examining themselves. Her comments follow Maria Miller's resignation as culture secretary.
The speaker of the House of Commons between 1992 and 2000 also criticised the Prime Minister for standing by Maria Miller during the controversy over her expenses, claiming it was an "error of judgement".
