Jay Unger tries his hand at pole dancing

How do you keep fit? Some run, some cycle and some....... POLE DANCE.

Imagination aside, it's actually become a very popular exercise class to take.

Some ladies in Whitchurch keep in shape by pole dancing, BUT not only that, they'll also be doing it for charity.

The 'pole power' group will be undergoing a challenging 12 hour long training session this coming Saturday for Charity. Last year they managed to raise over 拢1000, this year they want to raise the bar, or pole they'd say, even higher.

We sent Jay Unger to find out a bit more and also, take his first ever pole dancing class!
