A phone box in Cheltenham is fast gaining international interest. Over the weekend a mural appeared on a wall in the town - with speculation it is the work of street artist Banksy. The images - which surround a phone box - show three government secret agents eavesdropping on telephone calls, just a few miles from the Government's GCHQ surveillance centre.
