African and Caribbean diet "too salty"
Young people in the UK could be storing up future health problems by eating far too much salt, according to new research. It's an issue that is particularly relevant to African and Caribbean communities, according to a nutritionist specialising in African and Caribbean cuisine. In this extract, Nottingham nutritionist Rupert Aikman tells the 麻豆社's Reya El-Salahi about the dangers of a diet high in salt.
