On the latest edition of the Sunny and Shay show on Â鶹Éç Radio London, the presenters were joined by a guest who became so fed up with a lack of good quality halal meat, he decided to give up a career as a geography lecturer and produce his own food.
Fourteen years later Lutfi Radwan, originally from North London, is the proud owner of Willowbrook Farm in Oxford.
He along with his wife have been producing organic produce ranging from goose eggs, to grass fed lamb. In this extract taken from the show he talks to Â鶹Éç London about how Halal meat is produced…
