Are some of Britain's seaside towns stuck in a "cycle of poverty"?
That was the finding of report from the think-tank the Centre for Social Justice. The group which seeks to address poverty and its causes said many coastal resorts have become "dumping grounds" for vulnerable people.
Nicky Campbell visited Clacton-on-Sea and spoke to Helena, who is fighting drug addiction; local resident Madge; users of a local soup kitchen and Vivienne Wiggins from Beacon House, a Christian Charity.
