United States and France
The tattoo artist creating 3-D nipples for women who have had reconstructive surgery after breast cancer. And, why some French women are almost starving themselves to stay slim.
Many women who are recovering from breast cancer have reconstructive surgery after mastectomies, but often there is something missing - a nipple. Katy Watson meets a tattoo artist near Baltimore in the eastern United States who does such a good job at realistic nipple tattoos, that he is now in demand around the world.
And if some reports are to be believed, French women don't get fat, right? Or rather, they would get fat, if only they dared. Joanna Robertson meets French women of all sizes, fat and pencil-thin, and hears that if you want to be respected and get ahead as a woman in France, you need to be skinny. For this, it's not enough to abstain from snacking and take regular exercise. Some women almost starve themselves, succombing to the tyranny of the silhouette.
