The Normals

The Normals are a听five-piece band听from听Yelverton whose sound is centred on a pumping brass duo and tight rhythm section.


Playing a mix of听ska/folk/pop/rock originals听and a few 'Normalised' covers of top songs, The Normals have fast made a name for themselves as a top quality band offering something that little bit different.

Their new album is due for launch soon. entitled 鈥淪uitcase Full of Shoes鈥.


The Normals are making a return trip to the 麻豆社 Radio Devon studios and they'll be performing live throughout the show.

Rosabella lives in London but is a Devon girl at heart.

Her festive single - Hello Christmas - has Dartmoor written write across the middle!

The Royal Academy of Music graduate is an award-winning music-fiend. Her late grandfather (who lived to be 101) liked to recall a simple statement she made when she was just six years old: "I want to create, compose and perform music."

Rosabella has now performed her music in New York City, Paris, Barcelona and throughout the UK, including supporting Jools Holland.

She describes her style as 'classical songwriting with a filmic twist'.

Rosabella will be performing live on today's show.

They write and perform humorous original songs in a variety of styles and are willing to prove there is more than one direction by delivering two Christmas songs exclusively to 麻豆社 Radio Devon on today's show.

Since formation their dream to remain relatively unsuccessful has been consistently achieved with a precision envied throughout the music industry!

Joe Santini performs as Joe Banamassa - a tribute to Joe Bonamassa.

He's been playing guitar since he was 11 years old and has been in many bands over the past 20 years including a tribute to the 80s legends The Cult.

Joe has auditioned for X-Factor and Britain's Got Talent and has appeared in national magazines and on TV shows - he'll be telling us more on today's show.

Exeter singer songwriter Ellie Williams - a regular performer on 麻豆社 Radio Devon - has a new project.

She's now the leader of The Big Noise Chorus in Plymouth.

Ellie and some of the choir will be coming in to sing a few songs and tell us about their forthcoming concert.
