Kirstie Tancock has endured not one, but two double lung transplant operations. She'll be telling us her story.

We'll also hear about a new initiative to empower the victims of bullies, using music.

There's lots of live performances from talented musicians including Swallow And The Wolf, Skylark and Ryan Inglis.

And we'll be off to the cinema in the company of Â鶹Éç Radio Devon's resident film reviewer, Paul Moxham.

Jane, Anna, Clare and Caroline come from South Devon, love harmonisingÌýand perform as Skylark.

Although they take inspiration from American traditional music, they don't have a traditional line up of instruments.

Skylark adapt songs to their own line up of flute, piano, bodhran, djembe, fiddle and guitar. Occasionally they alsoÌýinclude spoons!

Anna is Swedish and will sometimes throw in a Swedish song for the rest of the girls to learn too.

They also like a bit of audience participation!

Kirstie Tancock has been on the show before, sharing her story of undergoing a double lung transplant, and the importance of becoming a donor.

SinceÌýher last visit, KirstieÌýsuffered chronic rejection,ÌýmeaningÌýher body started to attackÌýher new lungs after recognising them as a foreign body!

"Most chronic rejection slowly scars the lungs until your back on oxygen unable to breath," Kirstie said.

"Mine rapidly deteriorated and in the space of a couple of months I was on a non-invasive ventilator andÌýwas told time was running out.

"I planned my palliative care and decided where I would like to die but I had a small glimmer of hope that I might be re-listed for a rare and risky second double lung transplant.

"On the Wednesday I was told that all hope was gone and they were proceeding with palliative care and I only had a week or two left."

However, the story has a happy ending - and Kirstie will be here to share it with us.

They were recommended to JG by the organisers of BictonFest, and they're in Devon this weekend so they'll be performing live on the show.

Their sound is a rich mix of driven and picked acoustic guitar, piano, drums and blended vocal harmonies.

Swallow And The Wolf released their new single and 'Fire', on October 21st. It was recorded at Guy Chambers' Sleeper Studios in London.

A group of people from Devon has a vision that music can be used to help combat all sort of problems and challenges.

They say that something as simple as a song can inspire us all - but particularly youngsters - to achieve our goals.

From victims of bullying to aspiring sports stars, able-bodied and less-abled people, everyone should be able to be creative and inspired.

Their efforts have resulted in an anthem; Be Champions.

"Be Champions aims to bring families, friend and communities closer together through the power of creativity," says its creator John Ross.

He'll be telling us all about hisÌývision - along with a group of like-minded friends - on today's show.Ìý

Originally from the Isle of Wight and now living in Weston-super-Mare, Ryan Inglis is a primary school music teacher who has recently released a new album; The Time Is Now.

It was recorded at the Abbey Road Studios in LondonÌýand Ryan often plays gigs in Devon - you may have seen him in Dartmouth, PaigntonÌýand Lyme RegisÌýduring the summer.

He'sÌýgoing to be touring further afield soon - he's planning to perform in Austria and Corfu next year as part of his ambition to find work around the world - but today, he's joining the Saturday Show shenanigans; eating cake, chatting and playing live.
