Two Suffolk women will be explaining how they've been inspired to start a new business looking after the elderly called My Care at Home.
And on the sofa Bill Jenman is back to talk about the second phase of a project called Touching the Tide. Its all about investment in the Suffolk Coast and Heaths area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
