London was blanketed in fog.

Demonstrations took place in London supporting the revolution in Iraq.
Crufts took place at Olympia.
Two people were seriously injured and six others slightly hurt when a gas explosion wrecked part of a paper works in Sheffield.聽
A fire broke out in an upstairs mattress store in the Savoy Hotel whilst residents were at breakfast.聽
