The White Horse Printing Press offers hope to the disabled in Chengdu (pt 1/3)

Zhu Zhenghui suffers from restricted growth. His only chance of employment is working as a quality controller at the White Horse Printing Press in Chengdu. Once a state-owned collective, it is now a private enterprise run by Mrs Chen Siming. Fondly known as 'Mama Chen' by her largely disabled workforce, she is a staunch supporter of disability rights. In the face of public prejudice against the disabled, she hopes to develop their potential by creating work for them at the printing press and, at the same time, to raise public awareness of their value as ordinary citizens.
