The UK Youth Parliament and parliamentary reform
Two teenagers take part in an historic day when members of the UK Youth Parliament debate in the Commons chamber. A group of young people also speak to Graham Allen MP about parliamentary reform. He suggests that the adversarial style of debate does not work. John Bercow, the Speaker of the House of Commons, also believes that MPs should be able to scrutinise the work of the government more effectively.
