Cook the Perfect...Christmas Cake with Edd Kimber
Edd Kimber鈥檚 love of baking began in childhood. His mum would often get the mixing bowl out and teach him how to bake. He remembers standing on a stool at Christmas being encouraged to help cut out the pastry for the mince-pies.
After unfulfilling office jobs, he decided to pursue his real passion, and applied for the 麻豆社 Two series The Great British Bake Off in 2010, where from 4 000 applicants he was crowned 'Britain鈥檚 Best Amateur Baker'.
He joins Jane to explain how to make the perfect Christmas Cake 鈥� with details of his Kimber Family recipe.
