This week, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston welcomes another world record breaking sailor to the H2O Show presentation team.

Sir Robin & Dee Cafarri MBE reflect on the week’s Sail for Gold regatta in Weymouth and talk to the Hamble skipper who was victorious in the latest leg of the Volvo Ocean Race.

Also they look ahead to a couple of photo opportunities on the water next week – the Westward Cup in The Solent and the London to Weymouth Little Ships Race.

Plus they eves drop into the celebrations for the new lifeboat in Cowes and look back at the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant.
