Our guests this evening scored the Christmas number one last year with their debut single and are about to release an album. Kirsty, Stacey, Heather and Nicky from The Military Wives join Roger to chat about how Gareth Malone created the choir from the wives and girlfriends of military personnel serving in Afghanistan.

Paul Carrack also pops in to take us through his latest album before heading off to perform a live show.
