More than 400 people in Suffolk are dying every year - because of the cold. Terry hears from The Suffolk Foundation which is launching a campaign to get those who don't need their winter fuel allowance to donate it to other older people who do. The Bishop of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich, the Right Reverend Nigel Stock, tells Terry why he's backing the campaign.
As the Patients' Association launches a campaign to improve hospital standards failings at West Suffolk Hospital come to light. Terry speaks to Jo Jacques who's mother Jane Dixey was taken into hospital in February - but according to her family wasn't given a good standard of care.
Nicole Day, the Chief Nurse at the West Suffolk hospital, tells Terry things have improved.
