Well over 拢25m is sitting in bank accounts still waiting to be spent by Suffolk councils. The money comes from Section 106 planning agreements and could be used for things like roads, education and affordable housing. If it's not spent - the money may have to be given back.
Terry speaks to Suffolk County Council and Waveney to find out why the cash isn't being spent.
