Sam McAughtry talks to Sammy Barr, who built the famous Flamingo ballroom in Ballymena. Sammy looks back over his life, including his time running the ballroom. He explains what led him to build the Flamingo and talks about how people came from across Northern Ireland to go to the dances. Sammy recalls all the different bands which played in the hall, including the Rolling Stones.
