David Cameron is to call on gas and electricity companies to do more to cut household bills. Suffolk Citizens Advice Bureau and Age UK Suffolk tell Mark Matthews how high energy prices are affecting people in the county.
The Fire Brigades Union in Suffolk tells Mark why it's not happy about proposals for Buckinghamshire's fire service to join them in their merger with Cambridgeshire fire control.
And Lowestoft boxer Anthony Ogogo was named Suffolk's sports personality of the year last night at the Suffolk Sports Awards, which were held at Trinity Park. Mark hears from him and members of the Bury Bombers Wheelchair Basketball Club who were named senior team of the year.
