The place was Reading, and the cast was Thomas Sanders, Pete Hefferan, David Thorpe, Pete Cattermoul and Jonny Sanders. Despite four of the five being born in the same hospital, and attending the same school the group didn't get to know each other until they were graduating from university, this was back in the early 2000s. After one day's rehearsal they played their first gig back in 2005 at the College Arm's in Reading. Over the next few years they polished their style and act which drew the attention of Stolen Recordings who released P&TP's debut release 'Little Death' in 2008. Their second LP 'One Thousand Pictures' has been produced by legendary British producer (Primal Scream, Paul Weller, The Rakes) and was released in May 2011 and has been a 6Music favourite from first listen.
