The numbers of people adopting children have fallen

Even though there are more than three an a half thousand children under one year old in the care system the number of children being adopted in England has fallen.

It might be a week of 20 degree temperatures but Suffolk County Council is already stockpiling salt for the winter. Mark has been to see how they're determined to be prepared after two harsh winters.
