Do we get the shops we deserve?

As we see the rise and rise of the supermarket, Mark will be asking if it's possible that community shops can work alongside the big boys.

Ahead of the launch of the Ipswich School Festival of Music, final rehearsals are taking place to showcase some of the UK's finest musicians. As part of that, a giant foot piano will make an appearance at Ipswich School today - and it's not any old piano - it's the piano which was made famous in the 1980s film BIG starring Tom Hanks.

Suffolk's Beachwatch Big Weekend is hailed a huge success.
