Helen gets a rare glimpse of the beautiful embroidered book Elizabeth I made aged 11 for her stepmother Katharine Parr. It is her translation from French of Queen Marguerite of Navarre's "Mirror of the Sinful Soul". Helen explains how at the age of five her own interest in history was kindled by the story of Elizabeth鈥檚 childhood.
