Recycling sites, lightning strikes and the 10 town tour
A south Suffolk waste site re-opens but you'll now be charged to dump your rubbish. Lightning strikes the Yarmouth coastguard station. And the 10 Town Tour comes to Felixstowe.
A Suffolk recycling centre will reopen its doors less than a week after it closed.
The Peninsula Community Recycling Centre is replacing Chelmondiston Household Waste Recycling Centre after the local parish councils decided to work with local firm Collins Skip Hire.
But there will be charges now. We speak to the company behind the scheme and councillor Lisa Chambers, The portfolio holder for waste with Suffolk County Council explains what's happening with other sites in the county.
Plus David Wood, Liberal Democrat Suffolk county councillor for the Shotley Peninsula and who campaigned to keep the site open gives his reaction.
The watch manager for the Yarmouth coastguard tells us what happened when the station was hit by lightning.
