JULIET HARBUTT'S CHEESE SUGGESTIONS:
Windrush Goat - from Windrush valley cheese near Burford - Lovely creamy soft, subtle flavoured goat cheese with a lemon zest tang and a hint of herbs
Sarsden - from Crudges cheese in Kingham - Hard, chewy cheese with a wonderful nutty taste and a finish of caramelised onions
Blue Monday - From Highland fine cheese created by Juliet and made in Tain Scotland - Square blue cheese with a moist creamy texture and spicy but mellow blue tang
Wine - to go with it - Les Jamelles Viognier from the Coop 拢5.99 - One of my favourite wines with cheese
JILL CARVER'S SUGGESTION:
* Italian cheese pecorino dolce
* Reading produced cheese Waterloo
For a change team up either of these with 'The Wonder' a sweet wine made by freezing the juice of Conference and Comice pears produced in Herefordshire.
