A seed company from Ipswich has found itself at the centre of a cross channel blame game after an outbreak of ecoli in the French city of Bordeaux.
The French ministry of commerce said salad vegetables grown from seeds supplied by Ipswich-based Thompson & Morgan may be behind the outbreak and told stores to stop selling seeds supplied by the firm while tests were carried out.
