Ipswich Hospital is slammed for the quality of its care for elderly patients. The Care Quality Commission says the trust fails to meet legal standards. The CQC explains what that means and what problems they found at Ipswich. A Suffolk woman whose mother died after treatment at the hospital says she's not surprised by the report's findings and the Chief Executive of the hospital, Andrew Reed, admits they must do better.
