Bad driving and recommendations
Your view on today's big news, great guests and Hits and Headlines, but what's the year?
1. DRIVING - On the spot fines are being planned for careless drivers, as part of a government strategy to make Britain's roads safer. What bad driving habits deserve to be punished? What winds you up behind the wheel? Wouldn't it be better to really fine drivers on the spot (as opposed to issuing a bill)? What do you think of the idea of an 80mph limit on motorways?
2. RECOMMENDATIONS - Nottingham gets a good write-up in the new edition of the Lonely Planet guidebook (especially compared to 2007, when it was described as having "architectural eysores"). Do you pay any attention to guidebooks/recommendations? What/where have you recommended to other people?
A Newsy Twosome (2 themed songs) after 1.30; Hits & Headlines after 2.30 - what's the year?; School's Out after 3.30 - what are the kids describing?
