Daniel Galmiche, chef at Reading's L'Ortolan restaurant
After a culinary apprenticeship in France, Daniel Galmiche went on to cook under Michel Roux before coming to Berkshire to retain the coveted Michelin Star at L'Ortolan near Reading.
It's no exaggeration to say we have not one but several of the best chefs in the country here in Berkshire and Bill Buckley was joined by one of them.

He also regained a star at Cliveden House.
He chatted to Bill about a few of the celebs he's had the chance to cook for along the way.
