The data doesn't include Reading and Bracknell Forest councils, so is likely to be higher.
Andrew asked the chairman of High Court Enforcement Officers Association, Martin Leyshon, about what it's like to work as a bailiff.
Daniel Hamilton is from Big Brother Watch, who collected the figures through a Freedom of Information Request.
David Screen is from Community Savings and Loans, which used to be the credit union for Berkshire. He told 麻豆社 Radio Berkshire's Andrew Peach councils use debt collectors as a last resort.
