University of Reading tuition fees
The University of Reading has set its new tuition fees at 拢9,000. Andrew finds out how is arrived at this figure and what the reaction has been.
The University of Reading has set its new fees. Students starting their degree in September 2012 will pay 拢9,000 a year.
That's the maximum they're allowed to charge and means it'll cost the same amount to go to Reading as it will to go to Oxford or Cambridge.
Jess Lazarczyk is president of the Students' Union at Reading and told Andrew Peach what she makes of the decision to charge the full amount.
Professor Gordon Marshall is the Vice Chancellor of the University of Reading and Andrew asked him how it reached the decision of charging 拢9,000.
