There's news of a special service at the New Wolsey Theatre for people who are hard of hearing.
Suffolk violinist Karenza Peacock is in the county giving a concert this weekend. She'll be talking about her latest work including recording for Noel Gallagher and playing for JLS.
Dominic Parravani will be on the sofa from his family's ice cream business which has been selling their wares across Suffolk and Norfolk since 1898.
Dolphin's Dart is at Benhall near Saxmundham.
