As a second explosion is reported at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant, we hear the risks from the Suffolk engineer who built Sizewell B. Plus a look ahead to this year's Latitude Festival.

In Japan there's been a second explosion at the Fukushima Nuclear plant which was badly damaged in Friday's earthquake and tsunami.

It's thought it was a hydrogen explosion similar to the one which affected another reactor on Saturday.

The Suffolk engineer who built Sizewell B, Len Green, explains the risks involved in dealing with the incident.

Latitude tickets go on sale today. We hear from Hector Rous who owns Henham Park near Southwold where the festival takes place.
